70 degrees in February

Morning warmth

Well, life is real tough in California when we don’t get to use our new winter gear…
I mean really, I was so hot and sweaty this morning at 7:AM on the river… oops, I’m sorry for all you guys that are frozen in! Hee, hee.

No, please don’t feel bad for us, yes we almost got sunburned, but we are all gonna make it. Yep, the forecast for the weekend is going to be in the 70’s so we are packing up the truck and heading off to our clubs monthly “Road Trip” for a few days or more. Don’t worry, I think we’ll be alright… I remembered the suntan lotion, my shorts, sunglasses and the flip-flops.

OK, so I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend, because you know I’ll be roughing it. I’ll give you the full low-down on just how rough it was when we get back!

Ciao, Captain Penguin

P.S. Here’s my wife is modeling the perfect winter ensemble as we head-out.
